E-Form ACTIVE (INC-22A) Filing 

Every company incorporated on or before the 31st December, 2017 was required to verify its registered office, by filing e-Form ACTIVE  (Active Company Tagging Identities and Verification) on or before 15.06.2019. Timeline for filing ACTIVE(INC-22A) expired on 15th June 2019. Ministry of Corporate Affairs has not extended the timeline for filing.

ACTIVE Compliant Company

Companies that have filed the ACTIVE(INC-22A) in time with MCA has been marked as ACTIVE Compliant Company 

ACTIVE Non-Compliant Company

In case INC-22A was not filed on or before the said date, the status for such companies has been marked as ‘ACTIVE Non-compliant’.  Also, the Director Identification Number (DIN) of all the Directors of such ‘ACTIVE non-compliant’ companies has been marked as ‘Director of ACTIVE non-compliant company’.
